We want you to love every purchase from Niknenz Collections. If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

• Items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact
• Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned unless faulty
• Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are defective
• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned

• We will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions
• Pack the item securely and send it to our address
• We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
