We aim to dispatch your jewellery within 1–3 weeks of receiving your order. Custom orders may take approximately 4–5 weeks. Please note that delays can occur during busy periods, such as the Christmas season, or when we are on scheduled time off. UK Domestic Shipping – Orders are sent via Royal Mail 24 or 48 Tracked service, which typically takes 1–3 business days to arrive. International Shipping – Orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked service, which usually takes 7–14 business days to arrive. Please be aware that delivery times shown on Etsy are estimates and may vary depending on local postal services and customs processing. Customers are responsible for paying any applicable import duties and sales taxes directly to the carrier in order to release the order from customs upon arrival. --------- Returns & Exchanges---------- We DO NOT accept return or exchange on made to order items unless it is fault -------------Return and Exchanges--------------------- Custom-made jewellery is non-refundable unless deemed faulty. This includes bracelets and necklaces made to a customer’s specified length, as well as items crafted in a specific gold colour. We strongly encourage customers to carefully confirm all size and design details before placing an order to ensure the perfect fit. Should an exchange or refund be requested for a customised piece, a fee of 30% of the product price will apply to cover craftsmanship and recycling costs. For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-exchangeable and non-returnable unless defective. If a return is insisted upon, 30% of the item’s cost will be deducted to cover craftsmanship and recycling fees. All other buyers are required to return items within 14 days of delivery. Any returns received beyond this timeframe will be refused. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs in cases where the item is not faulty. The original postage cost is non-refundable. For international returns, please ensure that the customs declaration form is clearly marked as “Return of Goods.” Failure to do so may result in import taxes, which will be deducted from your refund. If an item is not returned in its original condition, a 30% deduction of the item’s price will be applied to cover recycling and craftsmanship costs. Missing accessories such as the jewelry box, pouch, or cleaning cloth will result in an additional £5 deduction. In the rare event that an item is lost during return transit, the buyer is responsible for filing a compensation claim with the postal service provider. We strongly recommend insuring the return shipment and retaining all receipts. A refund can only be issued once the returned item has safely arrived to us.
